I can't thank Emma enough for what she has created in my Airbnb property! I purchased a property for investment purposes, however the house was too good to knock down straight away. I had heard of the money you can make in short term/holiday rentals through Airbnb, but just didn't have the time or the knowledge to set this up myself. A client of mine recommended The Coast Host and I couldn't be happier. Emma coordinated the whole refurbishment, completed the interior design for the entire property and now manages my Airbnb bookings from start to finish. I love love love The Coast Host! I often head interstate for lengthy periods of time, so when I have multiple Airbnb bookings it is too hard to look after from a far. I found The Coast Host and I utilise their "Co Host" package, Emma organises my check-in/out, books the cleaners, organises the laundry service and is the 24/7 contact for the guests while i'm away, so not only is someone there to look after the guests, but to make sure my house is looked after also. I highly recommend The Coast Host if you are a busy professional like myself that wants to make money off your property while your away but not have the stress that goes with it.
